Daniel J. Lynch is a transplant from the San Francisco Bay Area and has enjoyed living in Placer County since 2007. Mr. Lynch received his Business Administration degree from Geneva College and his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law. While in law school, he won prestigious awards as a top-notch moot court advocate and competitor. Mr. Lynch placed 4th in team competition in the 2006 Federal Bar Association Thurgood Marshall Regional Moot Court Competition and was ranked in the top three best advocates in the entire tournament. Mr. Lynch was also elected to the Regent Moot Court Board where he spent time organizing moot court tournaments and judging law student and undergraduate competitors. Mr. Lynch has been a licensed attorney in California since 2007.
Since becoming a licensed attorney, Mr. Lynch has gained much practical experience in family law and several other complementary areas of law, including tax law and consumer bankruptcy law. Mr. Lynch practices almost exclusively in the family law arena and is dedicated to assisting you in a cost-effective manner. Mr. Lynch can apply his legal skill and client-focused approach to assist you in all matters of divorce, custody and visitation, support, and property division. Mr. Lynch understands your personal situation and holds your best interests in mind and he will seek to help you choose and implement the most common-sense and cost-effective solution.
When he is not hard at work on his cases, Mr. Lynch enjoys spending time with his wife and young son. Mr. Lynch is actively involved with his church, he enjoys playing outdoor sports and the piano and guitar, and he is a fan of the San Francisco Giants and 49ers and the Sacramento Kings.
